We have built all four of our available homes so we know they are of the highest quality, and all offer the utmost in comfort and security to persons looking for a home to rent. Our homes have more space and privacy than you could get in an apartment, and we hope our tenants will take as much pride in them as we do.

Each unfurnished home comes complete with modern appliances, which is especially beneficial to students who don't have time to make trips to the laundromat.

We also provide maintenance on the homes (see the Services and Amenities section in About Us, so they are truly worry-free homes.
